What kind of scopes do we like to see at the Exhibit?

• Limited Editions or One-of-a-Kind scopes are the most popular.
• We expect no more than 4 or 5 styles of scope from any one artist. Of course, you can send a couple of each style, but we don't have room to display, for example, 5 copies of each of the 15 styles that one artist makes!
• While this Exhibit is not Juried in the strictest sense, preference in display will be given to scopes which are new for the current year, limited edition scopes, and scopes which we feel are innovative in a way that will appeal to our collectors.
• Scopes made strictly from kits are strongly discouraged -- our collectors are likely to have seen them already.
• We prefer First- or Front-Surface mirrors in all scope systems (unless your design concept involves the use of another reflective material, such as glass). Basically, our collectors don't buy scopes made with conventional mirrors that reflect poorly!

What will the artist get out of this Exhibit?

• Exposure to potentially 1,000+ collectors in our KaleidoClub, to the regular customers of our store, and to the thousands of patrons of America's first indoor shopping mall, Southdale Center in Edina, Minnesota.
• This is our best way of finding new scope artists for our four retail stores in Minnesota. If we receive a strong response to your scopes, we may inquire about buying more from you!
• It is an excellent way to test out a new scope idea. If our collectors buy your scope out of a choice of 150 Exhibit scopes and more than 200 scopes in our regular lines, you've really got something!
• A few sales, perhaps?
