Snowflakes: Winters Jewels
-- $512.00
- (Special Order only)
The 2005 Limited Edition Holiday Scope from
the Durettes features a theme of Snowflakes. Real images of snowflakes made the
patterns for the sandblasted body and interior image shape, and "The Little Book
of Snowflakes" is included with the scope! The scope is 9" long and is 4" high
when placed on its etched acrylic stand.
(Sorry for the poor stand photo...I had no truly dark background to photograph
the etching against!) The oil-filled cell is full of Swarovski cut crystals,
flame-worked dichroic glass and other jewels. The background of the cell is
reverse painted with crystallizing glass paint to create a frosted-window
effect.

Heart
--
$178.00
- (Special Order only)
This Renaissance beauty is covered with a mottled sage-colored wrap and features
an oil-filled, side-lit object cell. Inside the cell are
warm-colored beads and baubles which create the look of a rich tapestry when
viewed through the 2-mirror system against the black background. A gold heart on
the end of the cell is the finishing touch.
