NKE Agreement

The person named above will be known as “Artist” in this agreement. The kaleidoscope(s) listed above will be known as “The Scopes.”

The Artist is responsible for original shipping and handling cost to Davlins (in lieu of an entry fee). Davlins will cover any return shipping and handling costs to the Artist, if necessary.

If The Scopes are available for sale by Davlins during the Exhibit, payment to the Artist for The Scopes will be made on a “Net September 5 or On Approval” basis, meaning that by September 5, 2003, Davlins will pay for The Scopes or return The Scopes to the Artist. Any Special Orders placed with the Artist during the run of the show by Davlins will be paid on “Net 30” terms.

The care and responsibility of The Scopes will fall upon Davlins and its employees from the time Davlins receives The Scopes until the Artist receives either payment for The Scopes or the return of The Scopes (no later than September 5, 2003).

In the event of loss, ruin or theft of The Scopes while in Davlins’ possession, Davlins will pay the cost of repair, if possible, or replacement. In such cases, Davlins will retain The Scopes.

By placing this agreement within our NKE Entry Form, Davlins agrees to the terms outlined above.
